RWE have only sent out 40 letters to the local residents of Kirksanton of their intended proposal to nominate 185 acres of farm land at Kirksanton for the new nuclear build. The nomination now states that this will be 300 acres now adjoining the Lake District National Park, land at Haverigg and Silecroft Villages. As all the community surrounding this nomination are in effect stakeholders in their own right, which will amount to 10,000+ locally and all the villages across the Duddon Estuary that will look directly onto this proposed site, should also have had letters of RWE'S intent. RWE mention letters have been sent to those companies who own the turbines at Haverigg 3 I believe, one lost en-route .RWE also failed to they also forgotton the 1300 shareholders who have shares in these turbines. To say they have gone " above and beyond" is certainly the understatement of the year. The whole level of consultation by RWE has been grossly inadequate and on this basis alone their nomination should be rejected.
